As much as I feared the inevitability of having to loose a bit of weight, and having to watch what I consumed, and having to get more exercise -- I have been pleased with how easy and manageable it has all been.

The sessions are just long enough that I feel that I've accomplished something, and short enough that I haven't been at all bored. I've lost about ten pounds in the last month, and feel more energetic, and especially TALLER. I'm standing straighter, and not slouching. I also received a few compliments, etc. (positive reinforcement always okay).

I've liked the opportunity to work with different trainers, and enjoy the variations in each trainer's method.

I'm looking forward to keeping at the current regimen through the entire year. It's all eminently do-able!

I would like to thank J and Steve for their expertise, their patience and their senses of humor (it certainly kept me going over the past 5 months). I came into Fitness Together really wanting to change the way I looked and the way I felt and because of their help, I have! It has not always been easy or even fun, but working out at FT has helped me feel better physically and mentally. Not only have I changed the way I look, but I handle stress better and feel much more optimistic in general.

The best thing about FT is the focused attention and the time the trainers put into making sure that your experience is a successful one. I always have a strong sense of accomplishment when I leave one of my sessions. The trainers are incredibly upbeat and enthusiastic. It makes a difference when you are working toward a goal.

Three advantages are the commitment of the trainers to your personal success, the privacy of the studios and the personal insight they offer to how to strive for the best and meet your goals.  I have lost inches and pounds and feel terrific!

Thank you FT for helping me establish discipline and for making exercise something I actually look forward to doing.  What I like best about the one on one personal training session is that it’s motivating, and there’s no place to hide!

Some of the advantages I have experienced since coming to FT is having the benefit of working with the different trainers, who each bring a different but effective approach to personal training.  The regularly scheduled appointments keep me accountable to myself, and accountable to a specific time frame of commitment.

The Accountability Journal really helped keep me focused.  Clients can benefit from trainers putting emphasis on this valuable tool as well as the customized food plan!

I like my trainer Steve very much.  Not only am I spending time improving my body, but I am spending time talking to my friend.

Some of the advantages of coming to Fitness Together for me is the atmosphere.  I work with my trainer in full privacy and the location is convenient for me since I live right down the street.

Since becoming a member, I can see the differences in my speed and power when I drive to the hoop in Basketball.  Overall I am very pleased with my experience.  Thank you to the whole FT staff!

The reason why I joined Fitness Together was to get back into shape, and also to get back to my old weight of 140lbs.  I enjoy working with Jay, Jessie, and Steven who are my trainers as they push me to become stronger and reach my fitness goals.  I train three times per week and have free use of all the machines at any time.  I especially enjoy the weight training.  Please keep up all the hard work as you all push me to do my best!

I have been to a number of personal training centers over the years with minimal success.  With the FT staff, I have seen significant progress with my weight, with losing inches, not just in select areas but all over. I have also seen improvements in my attitude.  FT has a “can do” mentality they instill in their clients, and now so do I!  The staff is not judgmental of age or physical condition.  If you are willing, they can help you achieve your goals.

What I like about the 1 on 1 training is being in a private studio.  The trainer has no disruptions from other things or people like you do in a gym.  The private 1 on 1 training allowed me to get started even at the most basic level with out embarrassment.  The equipment is also excellent, well kept and easy to use.

The 3 advantages I can say by coming to FT is the individualized attention, from the well qualified trainers. They can focus on the trouble spots, the privacy, but more importantly the support from trainers & management.  FT is like Cheers, in that everybody knows your name no matter who or how fit you are.

Since being a client of FT I have been able to lose weight, Lose inches all over my body, I have increased energy throughout the day, but most importantly I have a much improved outlook on myself & everyone else. THANK YOU FT!!!

I've been thrilled by the experience. All four of the people with whom I've trained have been sensitive to my needs and goals and have pushed me toward realizing them. It's always a pleasure to be there. I (nearly) always feel like stretching, pushing myself to do another rep, to lift more, to be more mindful of my form, to get myself closer to my goals.
